Order Processing and Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email. After your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s journey. You can select your preferred shipping method during the checkout process on the Order Information page.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped thereafter. Please note, we are closed on weekends, which may lead to delays. During high-demand periods, processing may take longer than usual (up to 3 business days). Orders with incomplete or inaccurate payment or address details may experience additional delays.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME
The total delivery time includes both processing time and shipping time:

  • Processing Time (10-15 business days): This period accounts for preparing your items for shipment, quality checks, and packing.
  • Shipping Time (8-20 business days): This is the time it takes for your items to reach your destination.

Order Cutoff Time: 11:00 PM (EST).

SHIPPING FEES

  • Continental US: Standard Shipping – $5.99 for all items.
  • Rest of the World: Standard Shipping – $5.99 for all items.

(These estimates do not include processing time):

  • United States: 8-15 business days
  • Canada, Europe: 10-25 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 12-25 business days
  • Rest of the World: 15-35 business days

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive tracking details via email once your order ships. If you don’t receive tracking information within 7 business days, please contact us. Note that for some shipping carriers, tracking updates may take 3-5 business days to reflect. IMPORTANT NOTE
Please ensure your delivery information is accurate. If there are any errors or missing details, we may need to contact you for clarification, which could cause delays.

CHANGE IN SHIPPING ADDRESS
If you need to update your shipping address, you have 24 hours after placing the order to request a change. Please email us at [email protected] for assistance.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address, especially the apartment number if applicable. If you identify an error in your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order, contact us at [email protected] for assistance. After 24 hours, we will provide the carrier’s contact information for you to update the address directly.

We use a one-way shipping service, so if a package is returned to the sender, it will be delivered to the carrier’s storage, not back to our warehouse. We are unable to refund for orders under the following circumstances:

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts by the carrier
  • Refusal of the package upon delivery
  • Address issues related to incorrect or missing details provided by you
  • If the tracking status shows the package as “delivered” but you claim not to have received it

In cases of lost or missing packages, we will provide you with the shipping carrier and tracking number for you to track your package.

TAXES & DUTIES
Import duties, taxes, local taxes, and charges are not included in the price of the items or shipping costs. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Orders placed on Vibeuniq.com are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning import taxes and duties will not be paid by us. The shipping carrier will invoice you for these fees upon delivery, depending on the destination country’s sales tax laws. Please check with your country’s customs office for more information on these additional charges.
